Acceptance of Terms of Use
By accessing or using the payroll2u platform — whether via the website or mobile app — you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to continue using the platform.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between the user and payroll2u management. Continued use of the platform after any changes to the terms are published will be deemed acceptance of the updated terms. Users are responsible for reviewing this page periodically to stay informed of the current terms of use.
The payroll2u platform is only available to individuals aged 18 and above. By registering or using our services, you confirm that you have met the required age threshold.
Account Creation & User Responsibilities
Account Registration
- Each user is only permitted to have one account only at payroll2u.
- All information provided during registration must be truthful, accurate, and up to date.
- The name registered must match the name on your identification document and the bank account used.
- Registering on behalf of another person or using false information is strictly prohibited.
- Payroll2u reserves the right to request identity verification at any stage.
Password Security
- Users are solely responsible for keeping their username and password secure.
- Do not share your login credentials with anyone.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs through your account, unless there is evidence of unauthorised access that was promptly reported.
- If you suspect your account has been compromised, contact the payroll2u support team immediately at [email protected].
Prohibited Platform Activities
Users are prohibited from using the payroll2u platform for the following activities:
- Any form of fraud, account manipulation, or illegal activity that contravenes Malaysian law.
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or exploit the platform.
- Attempting to breach, hack, or interfere with payroll2u's security systems.
- Money laundering or using the platform for suspicious financial purposes.
- Sharing or reselling account access to third parties.
Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals (MYR)
All financial transactions on the payroll2u platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that the payment method used is in their own name. payroll2u does not accept payments via third-party accounts.
Deposit Terms
- The minimum deposit is RM10, depending on the selected payment method.
- Accepted deposit methods include FPX (direct bank transfer), TNG eWallet, and GrabPay.
- Successful deposits will be credited to your account within the timeframe specified for your chosen payment method.
- Payroll2u is not liable for delays caused by banks or third-party payment service providers.
Withdrawal Terms
- Withdrawals may only be made to a Malaysian bank account registered in the same name as the payroll2u account.
- Users may be required to complete an identity verification process before their first withdrawal or when processing amounts that exceed certain limits.
- Any attempt to withdraw funds to a third-party account will be rejected and the account may be suspended pending investigation.
- Withdrawal processing times vary depending on the chosen method and may take several business days in certain cases.
Account Suspension & Closure
Payroll2u reserves the right to suspend or close any user account without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion that the user has:
- Violating any part of these terms and conditions.
- Providing false or misleading information during registration or the identity verification process.
- Engaging in fraudulent activity, manipulation, or any attempt to exploit the system.
- Using multiple accounts to gain an unfair advantage.
- Violating Malaysian laws applicable to the use of this platform.
If your account is suspended, you may contact the payroll2u support team at [email protected] for clarification and to initiate an appeal where applicable. Any remaining balance in an account closed due to proven fraud may be forfeited at payroll2u's sole discretion.
Users may also choose to close their own account at any time by contacting customer support. However, any outstanding balance must be settled before the account closure is processed.
Liability Limits, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
Payroll2u Liability Limits
Payroll2u shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential losses incurred by users arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to financial losses resulting from betting or gaming. All game outcomes are final and not subject to dispute unless there is clear evidence of a technical error.
Intellectual Property
All content on the payroll2u platform — including logos, interface design, text, graphics, and software — is the property of payroll2u or its licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or reuse any element of the platform without prior written permission.
Third-Party Links & Services
The payroll2u platform may use third-party services such as payment providers and game providers. payroll2u is not responsible for the privacy policies, terms of use, or any service failures of those third parties. Users are advised to review the relevant third-party terms separately.
Changes to Terms & Governing Law
Payroll2u reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice being required. However, we will endeavour to inform users of material changes via platform notifications or their registered email.
The date of the most recent update will always be displayed at the top of this document. Continued use of the payroll2u platform after any changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be resolved through the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Malaysia.
